Sophie worked in sales and marketing for regional estate agency Fenn Wright for ten years. She worked in several offices in Suffolk, covering residential valuations and sales progression.

From the initial house-hunting process to after-sales care, Sophie has the inside track on what it means to be an estate agent and how to convert social media marketing into more business.

After leaving Fenn Wright, Sophie began Magic Word Media’s social media division from scratch before moving into business development, covering all content and digital marketing operations.

Karla is our social media expert who enjoys working for our clients like Properly. She helps agents grow their following through full social media management or creating workshops.

She is passionate about working with other estate agencies to implement more innovative strategies unique to their brands. Prior to working with us, Karla was the Digital Marketing Officer for the University of Essex.
